Dear Patriot Connect: Recruitment and Admissions Users,
We are thrilled to see the enthusiastic use of Patriot Connect, which launched just over one month ago. Your engagement has been instrumental in making this transition a success. As we close the live Patriot Connect priority technical support bridge (i.e., “Hypercare”), this message includes important updates about where to go for continuous support and training.
Technical Support Transition
The live Patriot Connect Hypercare bridge (Teams link) is now closed, and technical support for staff and faculty will transition to the George Mason Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE). Any open defects or enhancements from Hypercare that are still under investigation or need follow-up will remain open and will be tracked until they are resolved.
Starting Monday, June 15, the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE), in partnership with Enrollment Management Technology (EMT) and Mason Student Services Center (MSSC), will provide sustained, Hypercare-like support for the next 12 months. Please refer to the details below to request support throughout this period.
- Faculty/staff: Submit a case for support via the Patriot Connect Support Hub (refer to this job aid for guidance), or join weekly Salesforce CoE Office Hours, available Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10-11 a.m.
- Applicants and Students: Submit a case to the MSSC Support Desk, contact MSSC via email at [email protected], visit https://mssc.gmu.edu, or call 703-993-2000.
Training and Resources
- In addition to live instructor-led training, training session recordings, job aids, resource guides, and videos are available for self-guided learning.
- Join the Patriot Connect Training Community on MS Teams.
- General channel: The Shared tab contains links to training materials housed in MasonLEAPS (Materials outside the Patriot Connect Recruitment and Admissions folder may require logging into MasonLEAPS before clicking on the link).
