Patriot Connect Release 2: Recruitment and Admissions is now live! During the launch and support period (May 1-June 12, 2026), dedicated live, Patriot Connect technical support is available for Patriot Connect: Recruitment and Admissions users with a focus on addressing critical priority needs and facilitating platform stabilization. After June 12, technical support for all faculty and staff users of Patriot Connect will transition to the George Mason Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE). Until then, please refer to the Recruitment and Admissions or Student Success support channels below depending on your needs.

Patriot Connect: Recruitment and Admissions is used by George Mason faculty and staff to effectively manage the prospect and applicant outreach, application, admissions, and enrollment processes, including events management and case management.

From May 1-June 12, dedicated live, Patriot Connect technical support is available Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EDT.

  • US Time Zone Support – 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EDT (Closed May 25 for public holiday)

After June 12, technical support will transition to the George Mason Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) with a focus on addressing defects, enhancements, and ongoing platform stabilization. Support for prospective students will be provided by Mason Student Services (MSSC) or individual academic programs.

Training questions, requests, and training session calendar – Patriot Connect Training Community
  • Join the Patriot Connect Training Community on MS Teams.
    • General channel: The Shared tab contains links to training materials housed in MasonLEAPS. (Materials outside the Patriot Connect Recruitment and Admissions folder may require logging into MasonLEAPS before clicking on the link.) 
  • Watch your email for announcements to register for instructor-led trainings for Wave 1.5 and beyond. 

Patriot Connect: Student Success

Patriot Connect: Student Success is used by George Mason’s student support services community, such as advisors, success coaches, and others to effectively manage and access information regarding the student experience at George Mason.
