Patriot Connect Release 2: Recruitment and Admissions, successfully launched on May 1, 2026. As Recruitment and Admissions has now joined Student Success in the Patriot Connect platform, the George Mason Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE), in partnership with Enrollment Management Technology (EMT) and Mason Student Services Center (MSSC), will provide sustained, centralized support for all Patriot Connect staff and faculty users. To further support the continued phased roll-out of Patriot Connect: Recruitment and Admissions, the George Mason Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) is hosting weekly office hour sessions during the Release 2 Continuous Activation Support period (June 15, 2026 to Spring 2027). These office hours are available to Patriot Connect: Recruitment and Admissions users seeking assistance, guidance, or issue resolution. Users are welcome to join to ask questions, report issues, receive live support, or discuss adoption and process-related topics.
