Meet the Patriot Connect Team

The scope and complexity of the Patriot Connect program, along with its significant impact on the George Mason community, require oversight by governing bodies composed of representatives from various university departments. The teams and their working groups highlighted below provide invaluable insights into the university’s operations and offer input on how Patriot Connect can best serve students, faculty, and staff. These contributions ensure that the program aligns with its mission and guiding principles and supports the university’s strategic objectives.

Patriot Connect Release 2 Change Champions

As we shift our focus to Release 2: Recruitment and Admissions, the Patriot Connect team is activating a change network of “Patriot Connect Change Champions” to support the transition to and adoption of Patriot Connect at George Mason. One to two Patriot Connect Release 2 Change Champions will be identified per unit, college, or school to help drive the change within their respective groups. By ensuring both business and people readiness, the change network will be instrumental in the successful transition and adoption of Patriot Connect. Your designated Patriot Connect Change Champion serves as your first point of contact for questions related to Patriot Connect. The roster will be available once the The Patriot Connect Release 2 Change Champion network kicks off this fall.

Patriot Connect Release 1 Change Liaisons

As the Patriot Connect: Student Success user community continues to learn and adapt to the new platform, Patriot Connect Release 1 Change Liaisons will remain available for continued support. Change Liaisons serve as a bridge between end-users in their direct area(s) and Patriot Connect Product Owners, helping to surface issues and /or future enhancement requests to the Product Owner(s) and Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE). This ensures their unit, college, or school’s needs are heard as we continue to refine the Patriot Connect platform.
