Where to go for Patriot Connect Support
We understand that support may be needed when using Patriot Connect Release 1: Student Success. Please refer to the channels below depending on your needs.
Requesting access to Patriot Connect: Student Success – Access Request Form
- Fill out the Patriot Connect Access Request Form.
- For guidance on this process, log in to MasonLEAPS in order to review the Getting Access to Patriot Connect as a New User job aid.
System issues, access/permission issues, and service disruptions – ITS Helpdesk/MSSC
- Faculty and staff can submit a ticket with ITS, contact ITS via chat, or call 703-993-8870.
- Students can submit a case with MSSC, contact MSSC via email at [email protected], visit https://mssc.gmu.edu, or call 703-993-2000.
Emerging needs, refinements, and enhancements to current functionality in Patriot Connect – Change Liaison or Product Owner
- Identify your designated Change Liaison and/or Product Owner.
- Send them an email detailing your need, refinement, or enhancement request.
Training questions, requests, and training session calendar – Patriot Connect Training Community
- Join the Patriot Connect Training Community on MS Teams.
- General channel: Files tab contains links to training materials housed in MasonLEAPS (to access the linked materials, you will first need to log in to MasonLEAPS).
- Instructor-Led Training channel: Hosts a calendar of upcoming micro-training sessions (register in MasonLEAPS for these virtual sessions hosted in MS Teams).
