Q: What does being a Patriot Connect Change Champion mean to you?
A: A cornerstone part of my job is supporting users in their use of Salesforce. Being a Change Champion introduced me to a network of like-minded individuals who want to help their teams navigate this exciting new change.
Q: What excites you the most about Patriot Connect?
A: I’m excited that Patriot Connect is a powerful system that bridges the system gaps between recruitment, admissions, and student success.
Q: What is your favorite season on campus?
A: Spring! Mason has beautiful flowering trees and plants all across campus that bloom during spring.
Q: What is your favorite George Mason tradition?
A: I love the benches! They highlight our diverse offerings of student organizations and our students’ creativity.
Q: What is something you like to do outside of work?
A: I am forever a tourist in the DC area. It’s pretty cool that Mason is outside of the nation’s capitol – there are always cool things to do! One of my favorite events each year are the embassy Open Houses… it’s pretty awesome when you can say you’ve visited Costa Rica and the United Kingdom on the same day!
The Patriot Connect team has activated a change network of “Patriot Connect Change Champions” to support the adoption of Patriot Connect at George Mason. One to two Patriot Connect Change Champions have been identified per unit, college, or school to help drive the change within their respective groups. By ensuring both business and people readiness, the change network will be instrumental in the successful transition and adoption of Patriot Connect. The change network kicked off in September 2024 and will remain active throughout the implementation and launch of Patriot Connect. Your first point of contact for questions should be your designated Patriot Connect Change Champion.
