Program Highlights

Some faculty and staff will utilize Patriot Connect to assist and interact with students in the student support services space, including advising, coaching, referrals, and more.

Key Impacts:
  • With the implementation of Patriot Connect, we will sunset Navigate and TargetX.
  • Patriot Connect will introduce two new tools: Student Success and Recruitment and Admissions.
  • For former TargetX users, Patriot Connect will enhance application management and document management functionalities.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be used to enable communications specifically related to the Patriot Connect platform. It will enable staff and faculty to deliver personalized communications focused on the student journey.
  • Engagement and training activities will be provided (as applicable) to gain understanding and learn how to use the Patriot Connect platform to support impacted users.

Patriot Connect will provide an individualized record that includes data relevant to each student, enabling staff and faculty to offer support tailored to the students’ needs and ensuring they receive the assistance they require.

Training Resources

Live training sessions will begin in mid April and continue through late May 2025. Depending on your role at the university, you may not need to participate in training until April 2025 or later.

As you adapt to using Patriot Connect, instructor-led training (ILT) session recordings, job aids, resource guides, videos, and eLearnings are available for self-paced learning and continued support.

Technical Support

Starting April 30, support is available for staff, faculty, and student employees Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EDT (10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. KST) until Wednesday, May 28. It is focused on resolving access or IT-related issues and can be reached via:
